Excludes deliveries to other companies under reciprocal sale and purchase arrangements, which are in the nature of exchanges. Sales of condensate and natural gas liquids are included.

Includes the Shell share of sales volumes from Raízen.

Certain contracts are held for trading purposes and reported net rather than gross. The effect in 2015 was a reduction in oil products sales of approximately 1,158,000b/d (2014: 1,067,000 b/d; 2013: 921,000b/d).
