Shell has in the Cayman Islands, some of these are in the process of liquidation.

BG Exploration and Production India Ltd. (BGEPIL), has a project office and a office in India involved in oil and gas exploration and production. Shell inherited this entity when it acquired BG Group in 2016. Income earned by BGEPIL. is subject to tax in India. The production-sharing contract ended in December 2019. The investments in the Cayman Islands are carrying out decommissioning activities in India. 

Shell Bolivia Corporation, an entity resident in the Cayman Islands, has investments in Bolivia and is subject to tax there.
